Q3 Academy Tipton works to ensure that all students and
staff achieve ‘Incredible things’. Our mission for everybody who works in or
with our school is to: Know More, Do More and Achieve More and is supported by
our values of: Kindness, Ambition, Resilience and Respect.
“Expectations are high for every pupil and sixth-form student, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Pupils are becoming motivated and resilient learners who show pride in their achievements. Importantly, pupils say that they now enjoy their learning.” (Ofsted, 2025)
We are delighted to be able to advertise the brand new
position of ‘Primary School Teacher’ at Q3 Academy Tipton. Based within our Growth
Hub. You will be an incredible teacher and role model, specifically working with
students in Key Stage 3 to close gaps from Key Stage 2. This will particularly focus
on English and mathematics but also provide support across other subjects too.
This is crucial role in order to support students’ future
outcomes by working as part of an inclusion and transition team. In September
2025 we established the Growth Hub (Internal Alternative Provision) specifically

the next part to further support academic progress for these students, working
alongside an established and cohesive team of colleagues, with good links
across other schools as part of the Mercian Academy Trust.
If you are a dynamic,
supportive, and inspiring teacher who has experience in curriculum planning and
delivery across Key Stage 2, we want to hear from you. You are an incredible
teacher who is passionate about your phase and able to inspire and motivate
