About the Role

We are recruiting reliable, confident and professional Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of internal and external examinations. This is a key role in ensuring that all students are able to sit their exams in a calm, well‑organised and fair environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up exam rooms in accordance with JCQ and school guidelines
  • Ensuring a calm, supportive, and secure environment throughout examinations
  • Supervising students and maintaining exam integrity at all times
  • Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials
  • Assisting with student queries within permitted regulations
  • Reporting any incidents, concerns, or irregularities to the Exams Officer
  • Adhering to safeguarding expectations and maintaining confidentiality
