Vacancy Details

The Role: One to One Teaching Assistant

Contract: Fixed Term

Hours: 17.5 per week, Monday to Friday over 39 weeks, Term Time Only. Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 11.30am to 3.00pm. Tuesday and Thursdays: 8.45am to 3pm with 30 mins unpaid lunch.

Salary: NJC K Grade

Start Date: ASAP

We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for a friendly, caring and inspiring Teaching Assistant to join our hard-working team and work with a child on a 1:1 basis. You would be working with the Class Teacher and/or SENCO to meet the needs of an individual child, including activities and interventions to support their learning and progress.

Perhaps you are an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a change in direction or a new challenge working on a 1:1 level in school. All About You

-        An experienced Teaching Assistant who loves to work with children and helps to inspire them to achieve their potential.

-        An outstanding relationship-builder, with children and their families as well as other staff members.

-        Experienced in working with children with SEN and/or SEMH needs including the planning and delivery of interventions.
