About this Role

This role is for 37 hours per week, Term Time only + 2 weeks in the holidays to cover results - total working weeks - 41, (to include exam results days in August each year) on WHFNJC N grade, on permanent basis.

Melksham Oak Community School is a large, thriving 11-18 secondary school where students of all abilities, aptitudes and social backgrounds are nurtured, encouraged and challenged to achieve their best. 

We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for an experienced and highly organised Exams Officer to join us, to support in the crucial area of Exams within our school.

All About You 

Do you have what it takes to join us? The Exams Officer we would like to join us will have: 

·        Outstanding administration skills and attention to detail. 

·        GCSE qualifications (at least grade C) in English and Maths 

·        Experience of working in an education setting. 

·        Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and school software packages such as Arbor.
