The Role: Careers Administrator 

The Hours: 12 hours covering Melksham Oak and Devizes School. 6 hours at Melksham Oak and 6 hours at Devizes School.

Salary: WHFNJC grade NK4-7

Melksham Oak Community School is a large, thriving 11-18 secondary school where students of all abilities, aptitudes and social backgrounds are nurtured, encouraged and challenged to achieve their best.

We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for an organised and effective administrator to join our hard-working office team as a Pupil Services Administrator, providing high quality support in our school office. If you are looking to continue your school administration career in a challenging and rewarding role within our school, then we want to hear from you. As part of your Careers Administrator role, you will be supporting with work experience administration, electronic filing, data entry and maintaining the employer database. We require you to be confident with Microsoft Office to support with destination data outbound emails, email campaigns, data capture and diary/appointment scheduling. You will be forward thinking and support with the careers event evaluations, exam day campaigns and to support events planning and delivery.

·        Educated to GCSE level, including English and Maths.
