The role: School Site Manager - Primary

The contract: Full time hours - permanent (37 hours per week all year round) split shifts to open the school in the morning and secure it in the evening.

The salary: L Grade: £26,403 - £30,024

Start: January 2026

Bowerhill Primary School is a vibrant and friendly school, providing education for pupils aged 4 to 11. Located in Melksham, our school holds a special place within the heart of our Wiltshire community. Our motto is "Experience Success - Build Aspiration". We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for a reliable and hands-on Site Manager to join our team, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness and maintenance throughout our school premises. All About You 

Do you have what it takes to join us? The Site Manager we would like to join us will be: 

Reliable, responsible and flexible, able to ensure school security and safety as well as high levels of maintenance and cleanliness. 

An experienced Caretaker or Handyperson at a senior level. 

Able to motivate and lead a small team. 

Knowledgeable on moving and handling procedures.
