About this Role

We are looking to recruit an outstanding Faculty Leader for Art, Photography, Creative Arts and Design Technology to promote and facilitate the deliver of excellent teaching and learning to inspire students. 
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of the curriculum offer and introduce courses that help students successfully prepare for the future.

The ideal candidate will:
be educated to degree level with QTS
be passionate about developing students' interest in your subject area
be able to impart knowledge to young people to engage and excite them in their learning
be able to develop, plan and deliver effective and consistently good lessons
love motivating and inspiring young people through the support they give in order to encourage their learning
have great references demonstrating they are a suitable candidate, safe to work with children
