Vacancy Details 

St. Mary and All Saints C of E Primary School is a large, multicultural, urban school in the heart of Reading, where we serve a richly diverse community. We have outstanding facilities and spacious grounds, including woodland, playing fields and adventure playground. Our modern, airy building houses our ICT suite, dedicated music room and newly refurbished library. Our dedicated staff place a high value on building quality relationships and nurturing our pupils, who are enthusiastic and eager to learn. Our enthusiastic PTA and supportive local governors are fully invested in helping us on our continued school improvement journey. 

We have a hugely exciting opportunity for an inspirational and knowledgeable SENCO to join us and lead our two established Specialist Resource Provisions. Both units are situated in recently refurbished classrooms, both accessing their own outdoor and sensory areas. The successful candidate will be supported by a strong SEN Team, including a mainstream school SENCO, 2 dedicated SEN teachers and 10 SEN Teaching Assistants, ensuring that the SEN pupils in the resource bases reach their absolute potential, are loved, happy and experience the school’s vision of ‘Life in all its Fullness’.
