The Role:

As EYFS Leader, you will:

·       Lead and manage EYFS and KS1 staff to secure high quality teaching and learning.

·       Monitor and evaluate standards of teaching, learning and pupil progress across EYFS and KS1.

·       Support staff through coaching, mentoring and professional development.

·       Ensure effective curriculum planning and assessment in line with the National Curriculum and EYFS Framework.

·       Promote an inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

·       Use assessment information effectively to raise standards and improve outcomes.

·       Lead initiatives to improve provision, attainment and progress.

·       Develop positive relationships with parents, carers and external agencies.

·       Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times.

·       Contribute to school self-evaluation and improvement planning.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, build effective working relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues and will be committed to inclusive education and meeting the needs of diverse learners.
