About this Role

Term-time only + Training Days.  Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 16:00 and Friday, 08:00 – 15:30.

Are you passionate about making a real difference to the lives of young people?

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Designated Safeguarding Lead to play a vital role in ensuring every student feels safe, supported and able to thrive. This is an opportunity to put students’ wellbeing at the heart of your work, responding promptly and sensitively to safeguarding concerns and acting as a trusted advocate for children and families.

Working closely with staff, parents and external agencies, you will help provide the right support at the right time, ensuring barriers to learning and wellbeing are identified and addressed early. You will contribute to a strong culture of safeguarding across the school, where positive relationships, shared responsibility and high standards help create a safe and inclusive environment for all.

This is a rewarding and varied role that offers the chance to make a meaningful impact every day, supporting vulnerable students, strengthening safeguarding practice and helping every child achieve their full potential.
