About this Role

Discover Law at Temple Moor High School and Sixth Form HERE

We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational Programme Leader of Law to build on the continuing success of our department and to inspire the next generation of legal professionals. Law is a growing and popular subject at KS5, with rising student uptake and a strong record of progression into further study and careers within the legal sector.

Enrichment is a significant strength of the department, including established partnerships with Leeds University that support academic aspiration and progression. We are committed to further developing students’ understanding of the legal system in practice through court visits, mooting opportunities and strengthened higher education links.

In addition, the department is currently developing partnerships with Leeds‑based law firms to provide meaningful, year‑round work experience opportunities. A second subject specialism would be advantageous, particularly Criminology, Religious Education or another humanities subject. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a forward‑thinking leader to shape an ambitious, outward‑facing curriculum with real‑world impact.
