About this Role

Term-time only + Training Days.  Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 16:00 and Friday, 08:00 – 15:30.

Are you passionate about helping young people succeed? We are seeking a committed and proactive Attendance Support Officer to join our dedicated pastoral and safeguarding team.

As a school with a strong attendance record in East Leeds, we know that being in school every day is key to student success. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with students, families, colleagues and external agencies to promote excellent attendance, identify barriers to learning and provide timely support. You will monitor attendance data, follow up concerns and contribute to the school's wider safeguarding and pastoral provision, helping to ensure every student has the opportunity to attend, achieve and thrive.

You will join a friendly and experienced team of an Attendance Lead and two Attendance Support Officers working within a collaborative school community that values strong relationships, shared responsibility and high aspirations for all.
