About this Role

Term-time only , Training Days + Plus Week.  Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 16:00 and Friday, 08:00 – 15:30.

Are you an organised, detail-focused professional looking to make a real impact in a busy school environment?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator for Data and Curriculum Support to play a key role in keeping our school running smoothly and efficiently. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be at the heart of school operations, supporting the management of student data, helping to deliver timely progress reports to parents and working closely with teaching staff to ensure faculties are fully supported with day-to-day administration. 

During exam periods, you will also support the Exams Officer in delivering examinations effectively and in line with national JCQ regulations. If you enjoy working collaboratively, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality administrative support, we would love to hear from you.

  • A confident communicator, able to work effectively with staff, students and parents, supporting clear and professional communication across the school.
  • Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the school year.
  • You will be a collaborative team player, working closely with the Data team, teaching staff and Exams Officer to support the smooth running of school systems and processes.
