About this Role

Term-time only + Training Days . 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Inclusion Support Worker to join our school community.

This rewarding role involves supporting children across the school and working closely with our SEND and Pastoral teams to ensure every child feels valued, supported and able to thrive. We are proud of our inclusive and nurturing environment, where all students benefit from daily enrichment opportunities and are encouraged to reach their full potential.

As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will make a real difference to the lives of children who need extra care and understanding to succeed at school. You will support pupils with SEND and SEMH needs, helping them to feel safe, confident and ready to learn. Working in a dedicated inclusion space, you will deliver supportive, tailored interventions that help pupils regulate their emotions, rebuild positive behaviour and re-engage with learning. You will be part of a caring team, working closely with SEND, Pastoral and Curriculum colleagues, families and external professionals, to create a welcoming, nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported and able to achieve their best.
