Hours and Basis: 22 hours per week over 39 weeks per year (term time only)

Blessed Robert Sutton Catholic Voluntary Academy is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Pastoral Manager to join our thriving secondary school. What are we looking for?
If you have experience of working with young people in an educational, social care or youth work setting with the ability to build strong relationships then we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organisational skills, a thorough understanding of safeguarding procedures and a proactive and compassionate approach to problem-solving and supporting student wellbeing.
