Templenewsam Halton Primary School is a vibrant community primary school located in the heart of Leeds. Founded in 1842 as the village school, it has proudly remained at the centre of local life, continuing to play a vital role in shaping generations of young learners. We currently welcome children aged 3 to 11, with around 500 pupils currently on roll.

About You

To be a good fit for this role, you will have the ability to:

• Teach high-quality lessons that inspire, motivate and challenge pupil
• Lead the strategic development of PSHE and PE across the school
• Promote healthy lifestyles, positive mental health and personal development
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of PSHE and PE provision, using data and feedback to drive improvement
• Work closely with senior leaders to contribute to whole-school priorities
