To help us continue striving for excellence and giving our children the very best, we’re excited to be looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our teachers to deliver inspiring, high-quality learning experiences — and make a real difference every day.
You will be joining a high performing team which delivers an exciting, creative and inclusive curriculum both inside and outside the classroom. We create a community where children are empowered to unlock their full potential and one which celebrates independence, tolerance, success and excellence. Keeping our children safe and happy is essential.
We take time to invest in our people, connecting you to opportunities across Red Kite Learning Trust and the wider Red Kite Alliance. We actively encourage our team to develop their own skills and follow a passion to enhance our curriculum offer. We have an established wrap-around childcare offer, and there are opportunities for our staff to work beyond the school day through leading enrichments.
