This is not a typical teaching post!
This is a unique opportunity within a primary school setting to combine subject leadership, team leadership and classroom teaching into one impactful role. Through this role you will shape the maths strategy across the entire primary phase, providing you with significant scope to influence whole-school improvement priorities.
You will lead the strategic development of mathematics across school, from EYFS to Year 6, setting ambitious expectations for pupil outcomes and driving measurable improvement. You will establish and embed research-informed teaching approaches, monitor and evaluate teaching, learning and assessment in maths and lead team communications.
