About this Role

Term-Time + Training Days. Part Time 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 - 16:00.

Make a difference every day as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in our caring and ambitious school community

To help us continue striving for excellence and giving our children the very best, we are excited to be looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful team. In this role you will work closely with our teachers to deliver inspiring, high quality learning experiences and make a real difference to children every day.

At our heart we are a school where every child is valued, supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential. Set in a diverse East Leeds community, we are proud to create a safe, happy and inclusive environment where children flourish. Through strong pastoral support, an inclusion mentor and enriching opportunities such as music and educational visits, we ensure all pupils feel supported, challenged and inspired.

You will be joining a high performing and collaborative staff team that delivers a creative and engaging curriculum both inside and outside the classroom. Our four teaching teams bring together experienced staff, early career teachers and skilled support staff who learn from each other and work closely together to provide the very best for our pupils.

We are equally committed to our staff. We invest in our people, connecting you to opportunities across Red Kite Learning Trust and the wider Red Kite Alliance. We actively encourage our team to develop their own skills and follow their interests to enhance our curriculum offer.

If you are passionate about supporting children to thrive and want to be part of a warm and supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
