Oundle CE Primary School is a

school.’ In doing so, we seek to enable all pupils, regardless of their
starting points, to flourish as individuals and reach their full potential. By
learning to keep an on aspiring to ‘be the best they can be,’ our children
achieve well and strive for more.
This goal extends towards our
staff too. We acknowledge and appreciate the hardworking passion that our
community commit to our school, and our success is due in no small part of
their dedication and professionalism. We support staff with CPD, opportunities
and training to ‘be the best they can be.’ Ofsted inspectors reported that
‘there is a calm yet excited feel around the school and the relationships
between pupils and staff are highly respectful.’
We are currently seeking a caring, passionate and
professional Lunchtime Supervisor, to work with and support children during the
lunch period, to ensure safety, behaviour and organisation. Through this
appointment, we hope to strengthen the support we provide all children, to
enable their development, both academically and emotionally. We are therefore
looking to appointment someone who shares in this enthusiasm and can contribute
effectively to our vision.
