At Oundle, we are proud to support our pupils to ‘be the best we can be.’ Following a successful Ofsted inspection in November 2023 inspectors reported that our three threads of ‘joy, kindness and resilience, are ‘weaved throughout life at school.’ In doing so, we seek to enable all pupils, regardless of their starting points, to flourish as individuals and reach their full potential. By learning to keep an on aspiring to ‘be the best they can be,’ our children achieve well and strive for more.
This goal extends towards our staff too. We acknowledge and appreciate the hardworking passion that our community commit to our school, and our success is due in no small part of their dedication and professionalism. We support staff with CPD, opportunities and training to ‘be the best they can be.’ Ofsted inspectors reported that ‘there is a calm yet excited feel around the school and the relationships between pupils and staff are highly respectful.’
We are looking to appoint an empathetic, considerate, and supportive Teaching Assistant to support children with individual needs., in Key Stage 1. The successful candidate will encompass our passion for inclusivity, to ensure everyone has the support and tools required to reach their potential and flourish.
