About this Role

Little Loose Nursery:

Recruiting a Nursery Manager and Nursery Team
Little Loose Nursery is launching soon, completing our whole-school vision for education at Loose Primary School. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape something exceptional from day one. We are building a brand-new nursery within our outstanding EYFS environment, set in beautiful grounds, and we are recruiting a Nursery Manager and a team of dedicated Nursery Practitioners to bring it to life.
As part of Loose Primary School and the Coppice Primary Partnership, you will benefit from exceptional CPD, high-quality professional support, and the opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking organisation that puts children’s needs, character development, and adaptive teaching at the heart of its work.
We are seeking a Nursery Manager who can lead with vision, expertise, and creativity, supported by a committed team who share the same ambition. Whether you are the new manager or someone to support, together, you will shape a stunning nursery provision that reflects our core philosophy: play as the vehicle for deep, meaningful learning.  Core working hours for Nursery Manager will be 8.30am - 4.30pm with half hour unpaid lunch break.  This is a 37 hour per week role.

Key features of this opportunity
• Build a brand-new nursery from the ground up, shaping the vision, ethos, and direction of travel.
• Work alongside our EYFS Team Leader to draft an adaptive, child-centred curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils.
• Lead and support a team committed to delivering the highest quality of learning and character development.
• Be part of an organisation that invests in people, values innovation, and champions professional growth.
• Work in fabulous surroundings with outstanding facilities and space to design truly inspiring early years learning environments.
• Join a partnership that expects ambition and supports excellence.
We want practitioners who go above and beyond for children, who believe in early years as the foundation for life, and who are excited by the chance to shape something remarkable.
If you are passionate, values-driven, and ready to help build the nursery our community deserves, we want to hear from you.
Please do view the attached document with images showing how our new nursery is expected to look.
