About this Role

The Receptionist is responsible for the smooth running of the main reception area and the first point of contact for enquiries, responsible for operating a reception service that promotes a professional image of the school. In addition, the Receptionist will act as an Administrative Assistant providing support for a range of office functions.

About You

The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level (Grade C or above / 4 or above in both English and maths), be IT literate, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team and independently. The successful candidate will also have an understanding of safeguarding procedures and be able to establish good professional relationships. Please see the attached job description for a conclusive list of qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills required for this position.
