32.5 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only
Archbishop Ilsley Catholic School are
looking to expand their support staff. Children in 2026 are facing challenges
on a daily basis and there is a growing number of pupils across Birmingham with
SEND that require additional support. Your job will be help our pupils navigate
these challenges.
The
successful candidate will be able to demonstrate;
·
the
skills needed to work collaboratively within a team to support SEND pupils;
·
a
good understanding of a range of special educational needs and strategies to
support these needs;
·
the
skills needed to apply consistent and positive behaviour management strategies,
·
resilience
in challenging situations,
·
a
strong commitment to equality, inclusion, and supporting all students to let
their light shine to achieve their potential
·
willingness
to take on additional CPD
