Are you an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a primary school setting? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our friendly and supportive team, working in Key Stage 2 to inspire, nurture and challenge our learners to achieve their very best.

At the heart of our school is our vision: Believe, Belong, Become. We are committed to ensuring that every child grows in confidence, feels a strong sense of belonging, and is empowered to reach their full potential. We know that high-quality teaching, strong relationships, and a culture of ambition are key to making this vision a reality.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant and inclusive school community where high expectations, creativity and care sit at the centre of all we do. As a KS2 HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences, lead groups and whole-class sessions where required, and provide targeted support to ensure all learners make strong progress.

You will play an important role in helping learners to believe in their abilities, belong within a positive and nurturing classroom environment, and become confident, capable learners who are ready for the next stage of their education.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting teaching and learning in Key Stage 2
  • Has high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to excellence
  • Builds strong, supportive relationships with learners and colleagues
  • Promotes independence, resilience, and a love of learning
  • Is proactive, flexible, and dedicated to making a difference every day

In return, you will be part of a welcoming, values-driven team that is committed to professional development and to achieving the very best outcomes for every child.

If you are ready to make a meaningful contribution and help bring our vision of Believe, Belong, Become to life, we would love to hear from you.
