THE ROLE
Position: KS2 HLTA
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 32.5 hours per week (term-time)
Salary/Grade: £ 25,989 - 27,524 (Annual FTE - not including inner fringe allowance)
Actual Salary: £19,852 - £20,787 (including inner fringe allowance)

Are you an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a primary school setting? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our friendly and supportive team, working in Key Stage 2 to inspire, nurture and challenge our learners to achieve their very best.

As a KS2 HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences, lead groups and whole-class sessions where required, and provide targeted support to ensure all learners make strong progress.
You will play an important role in helping learners to believe in their abilities, belong within a positive and nurturing classroom environment, and become confident, capable learners who are ready for the next stage of their education.
