looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our
vibrant primary school community.

About the Role
Our administration and office team is the
heartbeat of the school. As Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in
ensuring our administrative systems run smoothly, enabling staff to focus on
providing exceptional education and pastoral care.
You’ll be the welcoming face of our
school—professional, warm and aligned with our values. This varied position
includes managing day‑to‑day office operations, supporting admissions and
attendance, overseeing key processes, and leading a small, dedicated team.
We’re looking for someone who communicates
brilliantly, stays calm under pressure, and brings outstanding organisational
skills to a busy and rewarding setting.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours
per week, term‑time only plus one additional week (39 weeks per year).

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading
the school office and line‑managing administrative staff
- Overseeing
administrative systems, communication and record‑keeping
- Undertaking
Year R admission processes and in-Year Admissions
- Completing
the School Census
- Managing
enquiries from parents, visitors and external agencies
- Maintaining
accurate data, reports and confidential records
- Liaising
with the Trust central team to update the Single Central Record in line
with safeguarding requirements
- Supporting
financial and resource administration
- Ensuring
the reception area is welcoming, professional and well-presented
We’re
Looking for Someone Who:
- Has
strong administrative or office management experience (school experience
desirable but not essential)
- Is
highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask
- Communicates
professionally with pupils, parents, staff and visitors
- Has
excellent IT skills and attention to detail
- Can
lead, support and motivate others
- Understands
confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities
- Is
friendly, calm and solution‑focused
