About this Role

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: The Fountains Primary School

Grade/Scale: Support Pay Scale Grade 3 (Point 4 ) £25,185 FTE Actual Salary £22,873 / Apprenticeship wage

Contract: 37 hours per week, TTO + 2 weeks

We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant with good knowledge of ICT packages and financial procedures. Reporting to the School Business Manager at The Fountains Primary School, the ideal

candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business and Administration, be keen to learn and able to support existing staff in our busy office. School office experience would be desirable although not essential.

We welcome applications from both experienced candidates and those who are new to the field. For applicants without prior experience, we are able to offer the role as an apprenticeship. Please note that salary will be dependent on experience and, where applicable, the apprenticeship level.
