Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a passion for early years and Key Stage 1? Our vibrant, beautifully diverse infant school and nursery is looking for a dedicated team player to join our close-knit family. In our small, nurturing environment, collaboration is everything; we are seeking an inclusive practitioner who loves working closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and families to ensure every child thrives from the very start of their educational journey. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who:

  • Are committed to giving children the very best opportunities to learn and thrive.

  • Are reflective, motivated, and eager to develop their skills.

  • Are excited about creating engaging lessons and building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

In return we can offer ECT’s:

  • Outstanding mentoring and a structured induction program to help you build confidence and succeed in your first role.

  • Opportunities to connect with other ECTs across EFSPT to share ideas and experiences.

  • A friendly, welcoming environment where you’ll feel encouraged to ask questions and grow as a teacher.
