The role:
The Assistant Operations Manager
role is varied, and no two days will be the same! The postholder will be
responsible for ensuring the smooth operation in which the school functions in
respect of reception, office administration and customer service, alongside
supporting the Operations Manager and Headteacher in the efficient running of
our school.
The person:
The successful candidate will be highly organised, have
excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong
administrative and good line management skills. They will be flexible and able
to both lead by example and delegate effectively. The successful candidate will
be a team player but also decisive when required.
They will be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise
and deal with competing demands, keeping a focus on delivering excellent
service to staff, families and visitors alike.
