Waverley
Academy
Leadership Scale LS7–LS11
Non-teaching role
Waverley
Academy is a vibrant and inclusive primary academy where children are at the
heart of everything we do. Our pupils benefit from a calm, purposeful and
nurturing learning environment rooted in our values of Tenacity, Empathy,
Curiosity, Scholarship and Happiness. These values underpin our high
expectations for achievement, behaviour and personal development and enable
every child to thrive, regardless of their starting point.
We are now
seeking an exceptional Senior Leader to build on this strong foundation and
help guide the Academy into its next phase of development. This is an exciting
opportunity for an ambitious, resilient and values-driven leader to work in
close partnership with the Principal to shape the strategic direction of the
school and secure the very best outcomes for our pupils.
The Role
The successful
candidate will be a talented, knowledgeable and committed professional with a
deep belief in the potential of all children. You will bring the ambition,
determination and resilience required to support the Principal in leading a
school where high-quality teaching and learning sit at the heart of everything
we do.
This is a
non-teaching role, allowing the Vice Principal to focus fully on leadership,
strategy, school improvement and staff development. You will play a central
role in shaping culture, driving improvement and ensuring that pupils receive
an exceptional educational experience every day.
