About this Role

Montagu Academy are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our academy in October 2026 on a part time, temporary basis.

Do you want to work for a Trust that is transforming educational outcomes for students in some of the most deprived areas in the North of England? If so, this could be the role for you.

Your new role

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will actively supervise pupils during the lunch time period in the dining room, playground and throughout the academy premises.

Please see the job description on our website for the essential criteria and more information.

If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience required for this position, then we would very much like to hear from you.

Your new school

Montagu is a large 2 form primary school situated in the town of Mexborough.  We take great pride in creating a warm and friendly environment and a positive culture for learning so that our children are given the best opportunities to excel, both academically and socially.  We feel passionate about providing our young people with the best experiences, the best outcomes and the best opportunities. We place our learners’ individual needs at the heart of what we do and pride ourselves in our adaptability and willingness to engage fully with our pupils, their parents and the communities they live in.

It is an exciting time to be joining Montagu in its journey of development; as an academy who have recently joined Delta Academies Trust you will benefit from working within an organisation with established and successful structures, in addition to being able to play a key role in shaping the future of Montagu. Montagu also work in collaboration with a cluster of primary schools in Doncaster who are also part of Delta Academies Trust.  Together we have a culture of professional learning, reflection and collaboration to provide training and development opportunities for staff to bring about sustainable improvements for all our children.

Why join us?

Staff across the trust are talented and enthusiastic, and all contribute to the trust’s success story.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding team within a high-performing multi academy trust with exciting career prospects for successful applicants.
