About this Role

Poplar Farm is a vibrant school which opened in September 2018. We are a warm, caring and inclusive school where pupils are at the heart of every decision we make. The school is part of CIT (Community Inclusive Trust), a Multi Academy Trust comprising of special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant L2 to work with children and young people as directed, preparing a range of child-centred activities which promote child development and learning within our SEND and alternative provision support base, The Hive.
