The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive Operations Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and
secretarial support to the Operations Manager and support the Principal and Senior Leadership Team at Astrea
Academy Sheffield.
This is a pivotal role within the Operations Team, requiring absolute
discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing
priorities in a fast‑paced school environment. You will play a key role in
ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the academy while supporting
strategic leadership and operational effectiveness.
