We are looking for an enthusiastic and
dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our friendly team to cover a period of
maternity leave from January 2026 to December 2026.
Castlemorton CE Primary is a small, nurturing
Church of England school set in a beautiful rural location, with a strong sense
of community and a commitment to enabling every child to flourish.
Our Early Years provision consists of a
Pre-School and Reception class, working closely together as one cohesive unit.
The successful candidate will join our experienced and highly skilled EYFS
team, who provide a warm, stimulating and engaging start to children’s learning
journeys through a play-based, child-centred approach.
We are seeking someone who:

Has experience of teaching in the EYFS, with a
secure understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS Framework.

Is creative, caring and reflective, with the
ability to provide an engaging and enabling learning environment both indoors
and outdoors.
·
Works well as part of a small, collaborative
team and is committed to the school’s Christian values of compassion, courage,
respect, justice and perseverance.

Has high expectations for all children and a
passion for helping them develop a love of learning from the very start of
their school journey.
