About this Role

Lord Street Primary School is seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational Assistant Headteacher to join our ambitious leadership team. About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking leader who will build upon the excellent work undertaken by leaders and staff in recent years. As Assistant Headteacher, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school, supporting teaching and learning, developing staff, and promoting a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement. You will have the ability to inspire and motivate both staff and pupils and be committed to working collaboratively with families, colleagues and the wider community.
