encouraged to shine. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate
Teaching Assistant to work primarily with children with
Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Key Stage 2. In this role
you will work closely with the class teacher to provide one-to-one support for
individual pupils, and when possible, support
small groups across a range of abilities and curriculum areas.

We’re looking for someone who
Has experience with working with children, particularly those with SEND and Key Stage 2 (ELSA training is desirable).

In this role you will
·
Provide
tailored support to pupils, with your primary focus being in KS2, helping them
access learning and achieve their goals.

Foster a
positive, inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
·
Contribute to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young
people, ensuring their personal care needs are met in line with local and
national guidelines.
· Be a caring, approachable adult in the busy heart of school life.
