Sir John Deane’s is the country’s leading sixth form college, and we are looking to appoint a full-time Progress Mentor on a permanent basis to start in August 2025.
Situated in the heart of Cheshire,
with excellent transport links to Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Warrington
and beyond, Sir John Deane’s Sixth Form College is an excellent place to work

About The Role
The Achievement and Support department is at the heart of the college and working as a Progress Mentor offers colleagues the opportunity to make a real difference to students. The successful applicants will work as part of an experienced team to support the well-being, social and personal development needs of students. The role is varied, and we are looking for adaptable, flexible and resourceful individuals who can manage constantly changing priorities. The role is 37 hours per week, term time plus one additional week.
