VACANCY FOR MIDDAY SUPERVISORY ASSISTANT (8.75 hours per week)

Salary G2.3 pro rata (£24,413 FTE)

Do you have a few hours to spare? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our lunchtime team as we are looking for a Midday Supervisory Assistant at Holbeach Bank Academy.

The post involves the supervision of children during the lunchtime break in the building and outside in the playground, as well as a variety of associated tasks: setting up and clearing away of tables. Basic first aid training will be provided.

The successful candidate must

·        Be able to be a role model for the development of pupils’ social behaviour and attitudes

·        Be patient and supportive with the varied needs of our children.

·        Be a friendly and reliable team member.

·        Be enthusiastic about working in a school environment.

·        Have good communication skills.

·        Have high expectations of all pupils and behaviour management skills. Training will be given.
