Spratton is a small, friendly, rural school with a welcoming ethos where children are at the heart of all that we do. Our unique, caring and family atmosphere is rooted in Christian Values and our professional relationships with each other, the children and our families. We recognise that education is a partnership between parents, children and school. As a small school we are able to develop a close working relationship both with pupils and parents; all pupils are encouraged to reach their full potential through the support of all members of staff.
We are proud to offer a rewarding and collaborative working environment, that values the contributions made by all staff members. With a supportive team, trust and parents in a school that is filled with happy, caring and motivated children who are eager to learn.
