The Role

This is a pivotal leadership position designed for an individual who is passionate about both high-level strategy and the day-to-day magic of the classroom. You will:

  • Lead our Inclusion Team: Oversee the SENCO, SEND Facilitator, Wellbeing Mentor, and school therapy team to ensure no child is left behind.

  • Drive Curriculum Innovation: Act as the lead professional in crafting a rich, well-planned curriculum full of enrichment.

  • Be a Digital Pioneer: Champion "PedTech" and the use of AI to enhance learning and school life.

  • Model Excellence: Act as a deputy DSL and a beacon of "Trauma Informed" (TPP) practice.
