We are looking to appoint a dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic teacher and Senior Leader to join our supportive and collaborative team. This role would suit someone who is passionate about making a difference and improving the life chances of all children, has a proven track record of improving standards at Key Stage 2 or can demonstrate sustained improvement in teaching and learning. The successful candidate will:
• Be responsible and accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in pupilsʼ learning, work and conduct
• Be responsible for further improving and enhancing the teaching and learning at Chaddesden Park Primary School, with a particular focus on raising standards in Key Stage 2.
• Lead the CPP Coaching Model for professional development • Treat pupils with dignity and build positive relationships based on mutual respect
• Work proactively and collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider community in the best interests of pupils
• Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school, with a particular focus on developing outdoor learning.
