Located in a modern purpose-built facility, Churchill Park Academy is an all-through mixed special school serving children and young people across West Norfolk with a range of complex needs. The academy was rated 'Expected Standard' in all areas by Ofsted in June 2026. With 230 students currently on roll, Churchill Park Academy provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment tailored to the individual needs of its pupils. The academy is proud to be part of Unity Education Trust.
The successful candidates will have the ability to form positive relationships with children and young people and be committed to ensuring they have the very best support to learn. We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, and open minded. Experience of working in a special school is not essential. Candidates must be able to empathize with young people who have a range of complex needs and all age groups.

This post will come under the requirements of the Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 Regulations and the successful applicant will be required to complete an declaration form to establish whether they are disqualified under these regulations.
