About this Role

From providing the warmest of welcomes to orchestrating the daily operations of our school, this role is a huge part of our school community and may just be the opportunity for you!

In this role, you will support the headteacher, staff, pupils, and parents by overseeing administrative processes, maintaining student records, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across the school community. Other key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing school office operations and liaising with central office staff
  • Maintaining accurate student records and attendance
  • Handling communication with parents and external agencies
  • Supporting the scheduling of meetings and school events
  • Ensuring compliance with school policies and education regulations, including safeguarding

            Hours: 20 per week

    Working weeks: 38 weeks per year (Term time only)

    Paid weeks: 43.699 per year (includes holiday entitlement)

    Rate of pay: £24,721.00 (Actual salary of £11,198.75)

    Contract: Permanent variable

The school is located just outside the beautiful village of Blisland in a hamlet, named Waterloo, on the very edge of Bodmin Moor.
