Our Church of England Primary Academy in Southport is seeking an inspirational Headteacher to lead our school with vision, compassion and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for a leader who can inspire a love of learning, uphold our Christian values, and foster a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

We are seeking a Headteacher who will:

  • Put children at the centre of all decisions and work closely with families to help them thrive.
  • Bring significant leadership experience with a strong track record of driving school improvement.
  • Lead and motivate the whole staff team, modelling our Christian values and vision.
  • Champion high-quality teaching, curriculum enrichment and professional development.
  • Make full and effective use of our well‑resourced facilities to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents, governors, church partners and the wider community.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the role of the Local Governing Body.
  • Strengthen the school’s role at the heart of the local community.
