About this Role

Site Manager

St Andrews CE Primary School, Liverpool
£26,403 – £28,142 per annum, pro rata
Hours:  29 Hours Per Week – Split Shift to accommodate opening and locking up (7:00 a.m. – 9.15 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
Monday to Friday (one day a week to include an additional 15 minutes).
School are open to discussion around the distribution of hours as long as statutory tasks are met.  


St Andrews CE Primary School is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to ensure our school site is safe, secure and well maintained. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Site security and keyholding
  • General maintenance and minor repairs
  • Health & safety and compliance checks (fire, COSHH, Legionella)
  • Managing contractors and site cleanliness
  • Supporting school events and daily operations

About You

  • Experience in site management or a similar role
  • Good maintenance and health & safety knowledge
  • Organised, dependable and able to use initiative
  • Strong communication skills and team player
