Join our welcoming school community as a Teaching Assistant, providing caring and effective 1:1 and classroom support to help pupils learn, grow and achieve.
You will work under the direction of teaching staff to support learning, behaviour and pupil wellbeing. The role includes preparing resources, delivering small‑group or 1:1 activities, and helping maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Support pupils with their learning, confidence and independence
Build positive relationships and act as a role model
Assist with behaviour management in line with school policies
Help deliver structured learning activities, including literacy and numeracy
Prepare and organise classroom resources
Record and report pupil progress
Follow safeguarding, health and safety and confidentiality procedures
Someone patient, supportive and committed to helping children succeed.
