Secretarial Assistant

Salary: D5-6 - £25,583-£25,989 FTE / £15,394-£15,638 per annum actual salary

Part-time - 26 hours per week; term time + 1 week

Monday to Thursday 9am-2pm, Friday 9am-4pm

Start Date : July 2026


We are looking for an efficient Secretarial Assistant to work in our school office.  The main duties of the role include:

  • Managing the online collection and receipt of payments e.g. online school trip payments, music tuition fees, school club payments and banking money for charity donations

  • Managing the ordering and administration of payments for school meals, liaising with the catering team

  • Processing routine orders, invoices and other processing data; liaising with the Trust Finance team 

  • Personnel/staffing administrative matters, for example, maintaining confidential staff records, overtime claims etc. in the absence of other office staff
