We are seeking to appoint a Student Mentor and Support Officer to join our friendly Educational Support Staff team.  The Student Mentor and Support Officer will provide targeted pastoral and mentoring support to students, particularly those who are vulnerable, disengaged, or facing barriers to learning. The role is designed to build trusted relationships, promote positive behaviour and attitudes to learning, and support students’ personal, social, and emotional development so they can thrive both academically and personally.  It is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multi-task, work as part of a close-knit team, have a good sense of humor and have a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same.
