Key Responsibilities
- Support
the day-to-day operation, maintenance and security of the school site.
- Carry
out basic repairs, maintenance and routine health and safety checks.
- Assist
with site opening and closing, including securing buildings and grounds.
- Support
compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting hazards and
defects promptly.
- Prepare
rooms and facilities for lessons, events and examinations as required.
- Work
collaboratively with school staff, contractors and external agencies.
- Maintain
high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation across the site.
- Respond
effectively to site issues and emergencies as they arise.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a professional who:
- Has
experience in site maintenance, caretaking, facilities or a similar role.
- Demonstrates
a practical, proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Is
reliable, safety-conscious and able to work independently and as part of a
team.
- Communicates
clearly and professionally with staff, pupils, contractors and visitors.
- Shares
