About this Role
Springmead School is part of the Spiral Partnership Trust which is a community of schools formed in 2016 with Excellent Teaching and Learning, Always and Everywhere at its heart. We pride ourselves on being a caring and nurturing school that has high expectations and aspirations for ourselves and all our children. We aim to provide a rich and stimulating learning environment and strongly believe that a positive start to a child’s education impacts significantly on their engagement and attitudes to learning.
We have been awarded an Ofsted “Good” rating in all areas of the school and are now working toward becoming an outstanding school. To help us in our journey, we are currently looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant who can work across all phases.
The hours are 8.30am to 3.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch, totalling 32.5 hours per week. The job will include covering lunch duties. Salary is above the local authority rates and is a 40 week contract.

Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Check. Please note that we are required to carry out social media checks on all candidates who are invited for interview.
